Cowboys should resign Marcus Spears now

Cowboys MUST resign him. This man is a professional and he doesn't make mistakes like so many others.

I don't care about sacks from him, this guy is blue collar and doesn't screw up. He knows his job on every play, unlike several Cowboy players. I blame Wade for not having the players ready, but Spears is always ready and I think that is because it is important to him.

Spears is like the Maginot Line on the defensive line. You want to run, you had better run around him cause you are not running through him.

I've been beating that drum for the last couple of years...He is one of the unsung heroes of the defense...He and Olshansky are two of the best run stuffers in the NFL.

Letting Spears walk would be a huge mistake.

Spears is a solid player and should be considered for a reasonable contract. However, we really would benefit if we had a DE who could get pressure out of the base defense and then move to DT in the nickel. I was hoping Bowen could be that guy but he hasn't done much yet this year.
