Is the rule that you can only call a player up once in season?

Three times. After that, he has to be signed to the roster if you want him active. Dallas seems to be of the opinion that it's center backups are not good enough to sign to the 53 or for anyone else to claim, so it is using the PS to store them and praying that Biadasz doesn't miss more than this one guess.

Since Hoffman has been called up three times (and is out of callups), they added Price to the PS. Harlow was called up last week, so he has two callups remaining. I would assume if Biadasz can play that Harlow would be the backup the next two weeks and then Price the following three weeks. I would assume if Biadasz can't play that we will sign Hoffman to the 53 before this weekend and call up Harlow as the backup.

I liked him coming out of college. I thought he was a TFrederick-type mauler at C and would do well in the NFL

Biadasz has looked better this year, and quality depth is always a good thing.

I think they had an open spot. They placed Diggs on IR, and signed Goodwin to the active 53.
