He also had 14 TFLs and 12 QBHits. I actually kind of like what they're doing, Instead pinning all your hopes on one big FA signing a bunch and hoping a change of scenery is what they needed. I don't think Baun or Becton were high priced signings for the Eagles.

Not a bad signing, but I do worry at $8M he will be looked at as a starting DE....DE room now looks like Parsons, Williams, Turner, Kneeland, Wheat, Fowler. Thomas also comes with some position flex. Could this open up a move to trade one of these guys? Obviously it doesnt hurt to have extra bodies in camp for injury purposes, but do they have room in the draft to get an EDGE player now, or add a true run first edge guy? A lot more pass rushers in this group than run players.

I’d consider Kneeland as run-stopping defensive end like Lawrence was.

I don’t know if Payton Turner was considered good at either run or pass defense.

The others seem like pass rushers.

I don’t know what they see in Wheat.
