Who got cut? I've found out that players on Active-PUP (Spencer) and Active-NFI (Okoye) count against the 90 man roster limit. Players on the reserve-NFI (Whaley) do not.

With Spencer and Okoye counted, they are at exactly 90 players prior to this signing.

Can't find any stats.

His Wikipedia page says he attended Southern Illinois. However, his college career mentionable only reads, "He was selected to the Missouri Valley Preseason All-Conference Team while at Midland Lutheran." Information wise, that's kinda weak.

Thanks for the new info. I would guess Okoye was released.
