Practice Squad Cowboys sign four Practice Squad players

A few things about these signings, even though it's insignificant practice squad stuff:

Saubert could mean Peyton Hendershot's ankle injury is more serious than originally thought. Pankey entered the NFL with Green Bay in 2017 so MM knows him. And Johnson gives Dallas another special teams LB that they can call up for three weeks as needed.

Hendershot is on IR so who knows how long he'll be out.

I'd expect both Buddy and Saubert to get elevated and get a live try out.

Dallas badly needs better TE play and we can use another LB/ST guy.
The free elevations are great ways to get actual tape out for these guys.

OG wise I really hope we hit on one as long-term depth. Tyler is going to end up at LT eventually.

Having Jerry at the helm is like Having a Go Cart racer driving an Indy Car at the Indy 500, then expecting a victory, then getting beat. Thats Jerry and the team. Best sports franchise in the world, and we have an idjit at the helm. See, Jerry creates the problem, then halfheartedly tries to fix it, then wonders what went wrong afterwards.

After over 50 years as head of a multi-billion dollar franchise, seriously, how stupid does one really think he is?

There has been player talent as well as coaching talent as well. Execution is always the element that challenges. Not all of that is ignorant or poorly put together - fact.

Presently the team is working on the 3rd consecutive 12 win season. History of the NFL has that as a very distinguishing level of play. This is here and now. Add up all the pluses and take a real view.

This dude here probably considers himself a realists while at the same time lamenting that All-Pro's weren't signed to the practice squad.

Bold> Thought about posting a Speed Racer reference but did not want to set off a Jones defense jihad as a response to it.

Yawn! Somebody wake me up when one of these guys actually makes a meaningful contribution for the Cowboys on the field.

Super Bowl!!!!! Count down to another do nothing year....3 month countdown.

I wonder if Jerry picked up the phone to find the scrubs, or if their agents called him? Asking for a friend
