Seems there are always people that don't grasp that moves to fill out the practice squad aren't intended to change the direction of the team. In this case they just wanted to get a 3rd, emergency QB on the team, and Grier was already familiar with the system.

100%, what move could Jerry make at QB that would bring this current roster into anything? That QB doesnt exsist...If MM had any self respect left he would resign and let everyone know if the Owner/GM doesnt care he is not gonna waste his time.....
