The QB expert I follow on twitter takes QBs who have smaller than 9 inch hands off the board. Interestingly, he also says if they are 24 or older at the time of the draft they are not draftable. He ranked Vaughan below average at 61.

Has small hands. Most balls are flat with little arc and not easily catchable.

Based on pic and this report I am going to guess he has a ball player's throwing motion. Possibly 10 or 11 o clock delivery(3/4 angle). No arc tends to mean no over the top delivery means no touch and no ability to drop balls into the bucket.

Camp arm unless he wants to break down and rework his throwing motion from scratch.

The Buffs have been a pretty high-powered offensive machine the past few years. Love this kid, good signing in my opinion. Not saying he's going to be a savior or anything, but I think he can become a reliable backup in the NFL. We'll see. I think he's better than a predecessor of his, Keith Null.
