Signed by Cowboys Cowboys sign UFL RB Corbin

From the video I just posted, it looks like he has a little burst and good hands.
yeah, watching the video, he doesn't juke much at all. pretty much a straight runner. several times in the video you notice he will just run into defenders. Got some inital speed and turn, but after that he would help himself if he made a little effort to look and try to go around defenders

He does well fighting through tackles, but, of course, these are UFL defenders trying to tackle him, so he probably won't fare quite as well against NFL tacklers. He will be getting preseason snaps late in those games, so he'll face similar quality then. It's just that next step up from there probably will hold him back because if the holes close up and he can't power through, he doesn't have enough bounce to find the second or third hole. I saw him used on multiple draws where he had several clear and easy holes to run through to the second level.

Don't pay attention to the verbage in the hyperlink.. it's actually about rb2.

The battle at backup running back is hot-and-heavy, to say the very least, and it's about to go supernova after the latest transaction.
Dominic Richardson has been waived by the Cowboys and, in his place, the team has signed running back Jashaun Corbin.

I'm not actually sure what this means for the rb's we currently have on the roster, but it's interesting for sure.
The battle for RB2 is over.

Mafah is wowing everybody.

Will get some late game snaps in the 3rd PS game. Maybe all 3 games.
He will shine, and become a TC HOF favorite.

4.58 at his pro day. When he was 202.

Hes now 224. Best guess is he hasnt gotten faster. Hes probably around a 4.65 guy now.

Phil Mafah runs around a 4.60 as well. 10lbs heavier and more "wiggle".

Corbin is a camp body. Probably a better pass pro guy than Richardson. Will be better at protecting Howell and Milton in the second half.

so he's the only back that suits up with williams and hunter?
Tell me who plays special teams and I'll tell you who our backup RBs are. Davis is a st demon.

If Blue makes it, he will have to dominate as a runner. NO fumbles and pass pro.

Mafah has the edge in st plays, my guess. With his size/speed.

Izzy is the dark horse. He has the physical ability to dominate as a runner. Hes almost as fast as Blue, but 20lbs heavier.

Dont be suprised if we pick up a RB late in camp, via trade or camp cut.

Im not enamored with either Blue or Mafah at this point. Pre season games will be big for both. As well as for Izzy.
