Cowboys stadium TCU-Oregon State Set For Sept. 4

The first college football game at Cowboys Stadium for the 2010 season will feature a bit of local flavor, with the TCU Horned Frogs squaring off against the Oregon State Beavers on Sept. 4.

It will be the first game for TCU, which could begin the season ranked in the top 10, after finishing the 2009 season ranked No. 4 by the BCS. Oregon State was ranked 18th.

Last season the nationally-televised game was an early upset, with BYU beating Oklahoma.

Texas A&M and Arkansas will continue their neutral site rivalry game, the Southwest Classic, in Arlington on Oct. 9. The Big XII Championship game will also return to Cowboys Stadium for a second straight year on Dec. 4.
