I like this. It is simple, easy to track, and gives everybody just another little bit of perspective on things.

I think some fall victim to thinking this should be a definitive measure of a team's success. It isn't and shouldn't be examined as such. It is just another tool to get a general idea on where things stand as far as stupid mistakes.

New Orleans has that talent and can overcome penalties and turnovers. KC doesn't and they can barely get 10 yards in 4 plays much less 3.

--- As an added note though it will be interesting t6o see how NO fairs versus better teams like NE. Stupid mistakes do usually doom you eventually.
