And we're 7-6.....HOW? How can a team have a winning record with those stats?

Because they're ranking by yards which mean nothing, there's other stats that correlate higher to winning like passer rating.

Defense is 24th in defensive passer rating with a 95.1, while the offense is ranked 6th in offensive passer rating with a 98.2.

I've defended him a lot on here b/c I like that he has no filter for anything unlike the company men responses we get from the other leaders on the team. That being said, I did not like his recent comments. He just needs to chill on the contract stuff. I hate the personality, chemistry, and psyche of this entire locker room...hate it.

It is too late. It is already out there. He already made his statements, and Stephen Jones validated them by publicly acknowledging he has outplayed his contract.

He has very little to prove anymore. If I were betting money on his performance the rest of the season, I would bet we have seen his best.

Hatcher is over 30, has an injury history, and hasnt been overly consistent this year. Let him walk. Him being their best DL is like being the least ugly woman in a room.

When Hatcher signed the contract, he opted for the security of a longer deal over the pay for performance possibilities of a shorter one. It was his decision alone.

I take it the Stephen Jones comment about Hatcher outplaying his contract was his way of saying goodbye.

Turnovers have won us a couple of games. Saved a couple of others.

Dwayne Harris has been a big factor as well on special teams and that does not show up in offensive or defensive numbers.

When they play Escobar he's open.

While it's unlikely the majority of Cowboy Nation will ever believe he was worth a 2nd round pick, he could turn into a very good compliment and replacement for Witten. I'm anxious to see what the coaching staff (whoever they may be) comes up with for next year.

Yeah, its amazing how people are already on TW aswell. When Escobar is on the field he's open but for whatever reason Romo goes somewhere safe and outside. There been far too few throws to the middle of the field this yr. IMO thats one of the biggest reason for so many 3 and outs. Easy to cover the outside routes because eventually the Wr or Te is going to run out of space with the sideline right there.

Hatcher is gone................too much talk about his contract.............guys in the lockerroom dont take kindly to that type of talk.

They basically said Garrett left the team out to dry by not going for it.......................a head coach has to help his team out and Garrett just said screw it and gave up...................game over when the decision to punt was made.
