Dallas must now pivot to free agency to land its pass rusher. It has monitored Trey Hendrickson dating back to the trade deadline. He's now a free agent. Jaelan Phillips, Odafe Oweh and Boye Mafe will be firmly on Dallas' radar in the coming days.

I think Washington is going to be a disruptor during FA. In particular the edge rusher, LB, and CB markets. They have holes at those positions and money to spend.

Even if they don't land a player, their involvement in any bidding may drive the rates up.

My understanding is we can't complete a trade or sign a FA with out Cap Space available.
