I’m really impressed on how Jerry knows all these young guys. He has the finger on the pulse of young and innovative coaches..

I like the idea but we don't have much time to develop anyone. We need players that can play at a consistent high level NOW. Just draft good players , no injured guys. No matter position, fill the roster with blue chippers and a couple high level dogs. I include free agency in that. If we manage to achieve those goals, I'll show you coaches that can get the most out of this roster. Every coach needs talented players that take to coaching. Right now we got too many players that aren't good enough and don't wanna be coached hard. They soft and are low football IQ. We need to fix this the next couple years.

Most college coaches make a fortune these days so is this a pay cut for these guys?

Probably is, Ol Jerry squeaks when he walks, when it comes to paying a coaching staff. I find it disturbing, Ol Jerry is saving up for hard times, I guess. It is a mystery, that void between Ol Jerry's ears. Parker is building his staff, this is refreshing how young these coaches are that are being interviewed, this could help bring in some Georgia talent, sounds promising.
