not sure that adding camp fodder = being concerned..
not sure that adding camp fodder = being concerned.. the more camp bodies, the better
Couldn't disagree with you more. Bell looked very solid toward the end of last season. He is a big strong dude that could fit into any system; I think he can be a poor man's Jonathan Ogden if he believes in himself and in Callahan.
Great job Jerry! Great job!
I like the Bell move only because he can become the swing tackle if he outperforms either Free or Parnell in TC. I don't see it happening, though, so he is more likely a camp body or insurance if someone goes down.

Alexander hit it...
Bell is here to help tighten-up the 2nd string offensive line in order that the 2nd string skill players get some opportunity to show something.
In previous campaigns the 2nd string line was so bad that little or nothing was shown by the skill players on offense.
This training camp the 2nd stringers will probably be:
Bell
Parnell
Leary
Arkin
Costa
No, you may not want ANY of those guys starting for you at 1st string, but for 2nd string? It's not bad.

bell has to be the worst tackle in the nfl.
No way he can be worse than Free... That dude has been stealing money from day 1.
It won't be Moore. They think he's done.
