Twitter: Cowboys to use artifical noise at practice for home game

They should put the oppositions jerseys on over half of the stadium seats when they do so, this will be closer to game conditions unfortunately :(

Dallas crowd should be good this year, they know the defense actually stops 3rd downs now

Want more " Roar " noise ? ... Close the damn Roof, Jerry ! ...................

I've been to about 40 games a Texas Stadium, and six at Jerry stayjum.

A problem I always noticed was that fans didn't realize they need to shut their mouths on offense, and speak up while on defense.

HFA for the Cowboys has nothing to do with crowd noise, rather is it turnovers. In the "new" stadium, the Cowboys have won 50% or fewer home games in the following years: 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2020. In all six of those seasons, the Cowboys had 14 or more home turnovers. Aside from the 2020 outlier year (where they had 10 home fumbles lost) the Cowboys main problem at home has been interceptions. Regardless of QB, when the Cowboys have losing home records, it is mainly due to interceptions. In seasons when Dallas has an INT percentage of 2.54 or above at home, they have a losing record in At&T Stadium. An INT percentage of 2.53 or lower and Dallas has a winning home record.

That is what the numbers say, but the question is why?

Win the turnover battle and generally speaking, you win the game.

Probably more realistic for a Cowboys home game

Why isn’t anyone talking about the fact that ticket holders and secondary buyers are focused on making money reselling and they don’t care who they sell to.

I know plenty of people that have season tickets and sell two games and literally pay for the whole season…they get rid of Sunday night and any other inconvenient times first….

supply and demand has as much to do with a lack of home field advantage than anything else. Money is the end all be all for many….
