Its amazing how much better the line blocked for Pollard than Zeke . . . Its almost like if your 40 time can be measured with a calendar, you can't get to the line before the holes close.
Lol. Sad but true. The simple eye test would show anyone who watched the games. Zeke got crushed in the holes like he was in the middle of filming Krull. While Pollard was zooming through them and bouncing runs to the outside with great efficiency.

"When you can change your pace, you're gonna catch [the defense] off-guard," Prescott said. "You want as many at-bats so we'll try to get as many plays as we can, as many chances to make big plays. Lastly, we want to be the aggressors. We want to attack these guys and push the tempo. We just want to make sure that we're dictating the pace and being the aggressors so the team is on our pace and not theirs."

"This is the Texas Coast, we've just re-named that," he said. "It's definitely got some West-Coast principles, but it has a little bit of what we've done in the past and just marrying them together with a lot of detail into a system that's not out there."

Not going to surprise anyone in here. We were all screaming for him to get the ball more every game last year. Watching Zeke was flat out painful at the end of the year.
I've felt that way about Zeke Elliott for the past two seasons. I just saw the team short-changed a bit.

Yeah sign him to a huge contract so fans can turn on him also as soon as he gets stopped at the LOS for no gain a few times.
And that WILL happen, he will have his share of no gains as he has some last year as well.
What are you talking about

No issue with Pollard. He's a good back. The problem is he's never carried the load for a full season, and if/when he goes down again, what does the team have behind him? A reject, a JAG, an undersized rookie who almost went undrafted, and an UDFA. That's where the problem is, not with Pollard.

Pounding between the tackles...exactly. If they expect one to run the ball...by gosh run it!

Per Next Gen Stats, Pollard's 87 explosive score ranked fifth among ball-carriers. His score topped the likes of Dalvin Cook (83), Josh Allen (84), Derrick Henry (85), Saquon Barkley (86) and Nick Chubb (87), respectively.

That's impressive company as it features three of maybe the top 5-7 running backs in the league. Only Travis Etienne and Kenneth Walker posted higher explosive scores at the position than the Cowboys star.

More noteworthy, though, is that 16.1% of Pollard's rush attempts last season went for 10 or more yards. That was the most of any running back. He also tallied 15 runs of 10-plus rush yards over expected and clocked 43 runs in which he reached 15-plus miles per hour.

Finally, Pollard forced 41 missed tackles and averaged a whopping 3.82 yards after contact per attempt. For context, Derrick Henry averaged 3.61 yards after contact per attempt, while Nick Chubb averaged 3.48, Saquon Barkley posted 2.78 and rushing champ Josh Jacobs averaged 3.4 yards YAC per attempt.

not surprise biggest surprise is those saying give it to him MORE, cant he wore down got hurt more.. last 6 games dose of reality

No TDS, 3.8 YPC, no explosive plays at 51 YPC.. he finished weak, hurt twice in 6 games.. which one will we get? no one knows. IMHO he hit his limit built up nice stats, tailed off they better not see a 10mil lame duck and run him into the ground, he cant handle it.

It’s sad he’s a double amputee and won’t play again
