Yeah, to be honest, I don't think Grier is anything special, from what little I've seen of him in the past. At least he's had a minimal extent of experience, but very minimal. Milton offers hope for the future, imho.

The main gripe was they didn't get enough. The only ones that like the trade was because they think he needed to go to give Drake Maye the keys and not worry about "Bazooka Joe".

He was terrible. Texas had plenty of talent to compete better in the playoffs and he couldn't throw downfield.

Agreed. Ewers has the right mentality but he just does not have an NFL arm. I've heard some of the throws at his pro day were borderline embarrassing.

Totally agree brother.

They shoulda just kept Rush over this current QB room crap.

At least you too recognize that the current Cowboys starter is injury prone and that the Cowboys backup needs to be a proven player capable of winning games.

It's like everyone on this forum is acting like Joe Milton or Will Grier are some kind of solution.

They're not.
And the team doesn't even have a QB coach known for teaching a modern NFL passing game.
When SleepNumber goes down it's gonna look like the Cassel/Weeden comedy of 2015.
