I think they have a handshake agreement in place with Gilmore to sign at the start of training camp.

I just don’t see the need for corner like others do. If you have resources for Ramsey use those resources on bigger holes.

I agree, but the powers that be love their corners…although Gilmore is probably going to come at a bargain, and they love that also.

If you want guys like Elam, Carson and Revel to become something, you’ve gotta let them play.

I’d take a DT over Gilmore all day but they just aren’t going to do it. Jerry still thinks you can make up for a bad DL by covering all day…until they run all over you. Then blame others for why they lost yet again.

If they run for over 300 yards them DT remains a HUGE problem. It would take forking over a high draft pick to get anyone to consider trading a solid DT.

The problem there is he is then free to go to the highest bidder, or wherever he wants.

Rather swap a late rounder….hell THIS is where you part with a fourth, NOT for a backup QB who you never intend to play or a WR who is well on his way to bustville.

Absolutely not.
Pickens is much younger, much better, and his play on offense helps the defense far better than overrated aging Ramsey.
