It was always a long shot that the Jets would trade Adams unless they were going to get a ridiculous package for him. The guy is a star, young and the leader of their defense. They can build around him and Quinnen Williams. Its amazing to me teams like the Jets can draft in the top 10 every year and still stink.

Only 1 play in Jets game was costly because of safety play.

Jamaal Adams is substantially better than any player Dallas has on defense. Not even close.

So, the asking price was heavy. But there remains ZERO playmakers on this defense. And don't bore me with Vander Esch, Jaylon, and Lawrence. They're average to slightly above average players.
