And notice how Stephen always uses the word “build”.

No one has said the cowboys should “build” through FA.

They’ve said supplement through FA. And no, Nolan Carroll types is not supplementing this roster.

I wonder if Jerry and Stephen always want to be in rebuild mode as it provides cover for the failures of Garrett so they don’t have to fire him.

I don't want him. He's sneaky fast and a real deep threat, but really only ran a cross and a 9 route at Oklahoma State, and I'm an Oklahoma State fan. He will be really good if he goes to the right system, but we all know that he will be underutilized and frustrated here.
