Yes he lost 10 pounds down to 228 from 238 last season

I think being a bit slimmer could help him. Having a slimmer core can help a QB with transferring power from their legs through their hips. That’s why you don’t usually see too many beefy QB’s.

I just don’t see him having the personality to entertain people for 3 hours. He could break down a play and they can mimic what Romo was doing in that aspect, but Romo has a great personality to go with it. It just feels like Manning would be a monotone analyst. He would need a very strong cohost to do the heavy lifting to even make it palatable for me.
