Yeah, saw in another thread it's related to the AP phone call.

Just to be sure there was no problem, sources say Jones asked Cowboys general counsel Jason Cohen to place a call to the Minnesota Vikings after the story emerged. Cohen clarified what happened when a third party handed Jones a phone before a concert in AT&T Stadium on June 7. Peterson was on the line.

A Vikings executive told Jones they would not file a complaint to the league, and the league agreed, sources said.

What does this mean?

I think it means that no rules were violated when Adrian Peterson talked to Jerry and both teams have moved on. The lawyer for the Cowboys worked for the Vikings at one time, apparently.

I guess that the Vikings would have to push for tampering in order for it to even be a possible charge; although, I don't know that for certain.

Yeah and the only ones who tried to make something out of it was ESPN and the media
