Can somebody tell me what the hell Eberflus has done to merit the level of hype he gets here?

Not saying hes a bad coach, hes just a mystery to me. Im not sure we have any defensive coaches that have stood out as a whole the last few years. Although there have been positives in certain area at times.

In some ways, McClay has the best gig in the world.

He gets paid well, gets to build the board, and gets credit from the fanbase for any successful pick.

If the pick/picks is/are bad, it's blame Jerry and Stephen Jones.
