2011 NFL Draft: Cowboys Interested In Missouri’s Aldon Smith?
AUTHOR: Josh Sanchez | IN: Cowboys | COMMENTS: 4 Comments |
This time of year the top prospects for each team keep changing. Last week, USC offensive tackle Tyron Smith was the flavor of the week and now we already see another name linked to Dallas.

Missouri DE/OLB Aldon Smith is the latest prospect to be paired with the Cowboys and the ninth overall pick.

According to the National Football Post:[The Cowboys] would reportedly “love” to pair Smith with DeMarcus Ware “off the edge.” NFL Network’s Warren Sapp recently compared Smith to Ware, and Dallas must see whatever he’s seeing. The Cowboys still seem most likely to draft an offensive lineman or cornerback at No. 9, but Smith must now at least be considered a possibility.
