I'm not a big fan of that play, especially if it's not in the redZone. Prefer Dak to only run if he have to... too much risk involved

I'm not a fan of running QBs too often for the same reason you are, but I honestly think that with Dak you have to. He doesn't have an elite arm, so you need to use his whole skill set to keep defenses off balance. I think that's why this offense works as well as it does.
