I don't want to get into this now, but as a former player, he understands the way the collective bargaining agreement works. Goodell has an insane amount of power. Aikman has NOT said Elliott deserves is and has NOT said Elliott's punishment is fair. It's not, though.

Bias when you ignore superiority of play and praise inferiority. Ignoring arm strength, footwork, inability to pick up a blitz (even happened in this game)

It's one thing to like a guy, it's another to praise the kid like he's ALREADY a HOF.

Heck, it took until 2009 before I even praised Romo, and he already put up a huge 2007 season at that point. Dak is not remotely close to the type of praise he gets here, there is far too much to work on.

I sure as heck will not praise a team, nor a player, for beating up on an 0-6 team. Are you kidding? I am a fan, and as a fan, I know beating up on garbage is not telling of how we'll be come December.

Particularly when you ignore an obvious winner!
