I used to be firmly a Dak fanboy but he is simply not performing as a franchise QB.

I said before they signed his contract. He was a great signing for what they paid for the first contract. I’d have went with a first round pick and told him to pound sand.

This defense lives on turnovers. When they don't get them they are very ordinary.

We have to take some shots downfield and test their secondary. That’s their weakness and a favorable matchup for us.

Touchdown to open up the second half puts pressure on Garoppolo and that’s when he’ll give you an opportunity or 2.

The team has had the same problem all year though in that the team is built to not take deep shots. Taking deep shots is about building a strong OLine to ensure protection holds up. The Cowboys are built to have strong WRs who can instead get YAC and make contested catches which leads to a short passing game.

Good stats, not a big time QB. He's good enough if we're build an elite defense, but with his cap hit we can't. At least 5 more years of NFCE titles and one and dones.
