I’ve never seen that one before. That would be talked about over all NFL studio shows if it were any other team.

It is a standard call. The coaching staff screwed up by doing those substitutions late and the defense by rule, outside of 2 minutes, is given time to match personnel. Dallas did their substitutions late which meant that following the rule caused the delay of game. That was 100% on MM and KM.
