Can't play the 3rd QB unless 1 of the top 2 get hurt.Playing Cooper is telling Dak that he'll be back next week. Playing Trey would be sending a message that the future is now.
The Cowboys deserve it.Tme for the 9ers to put that 50 burger
The defense cashed it in because the offense basically hung them out to dry by doing nothing throughout the first half and then started with the INT's in the second half of the game. If we can claim that we need to play complimentary football, you can't look at the sheer number of turnovers by the offense and the 10 points they put up and then claim that the defense is at fault.I really don’t know what to make of this game. The Cowboys are not as bad as the score indicates . As much as Dak is catching heat on this forum, this was a collective fail on all three phases. It looks like the defense cashed it in mid way through the second quarter.
Guess SF is his weakness. No idea but we can't seem to beat this team and right now we have much to figure outI think the issue is there are no / few quality wins. This is 3 games he’s laid an egg against the 49ers
No he realizes it. He doesnt care. Jerry loves Jerry even more than the Cowboys.Jerry has been over his head for 28 years
Sad thing he does not realize it
and I called it by game 2. the QB isn't hitting people with anything downfield. 6.3ypa through 4 games.....now worse, is worse than Brad Johnson...I did the comparison o er 14 years. the worst. but no one wanted to hear it necause 40-0, 30-10.I am sure that is what Mike said but he clearly is incompetent. If the offense was changed to "tailor it to Dak's skills" then you would think it would have improved in some facet over last year. It did not. I cannot think of a single aspect of the offense that is performing this year than the past 3 years. Perhaps maybe tailoring it to what it has been the previous 3 years was better suited to Dak's skills and taking the word of a guy who managed to be incompetent on offense with one of the best QBs ever in his prime might not be the best source.
It's looking great for the future of the Cowboys though. Not good.
I have done the math before but the odds of hitting on a 1st round QB are about 1 in 3. Mitch Trubisky is an above average 1st round QB (that is not a joke) even for the past 10 years. If you are not drafting in the top 15 it goes down to about 1 in 5.Lots of QBs coming out this year too.
