Can you get the hometown broadcasters with JustinTv or sopcast? I always end up having to listen to the other teams' announcers on TV with the exception of Troy and Buckaroo on FOX the last week.

Yes, they should! I could then get rid of Sunday Ticket. I had to call up DirectTV the other day and convince them to give me the "Superfan" package free just so I could watch the games in HD.

I've gotten it every year for free so far, just by telling them I'm fed up with their pricing etc etc.

Also, you would still get some games in HD without it. Examples would be ESPN's boradcasts, as well as whatever networks you have locally that have HD (FOX, CBS, NBC)

Also, I cant remember if it changed last yr but they didnt used to send every game out in HD via the superfan. Most of the better games of the week were, but not all.

Believe it or not our local affiliates for FOX, CBS and NBC show the games on their reg def feed, not their HD feed. At least via DirectTv. But you're right. I get to watch ESPN in HD.

Question for all other Hawaii fans on any of the islands. Do you get the games on the local channels in HD? If so, do you have cable, Dish Network, DirectTv or what?
