I genuinely want someone to explain how the offense went from top 5 the past 4 years, top 3 in the RZ every single season, one of the best passing offenses in the league, and one of the top in PPG, to suddenly looking completely incompetent when the only meaningful change is coaching? Someone tell me how that is not on McCarthy unless suddenly all of the players forgot how to play football.

Meanwhile for the defense, I have no idea how a supposedly great defense is getting dominated that hard from start to finish.

Well as I predicted it was a tale of two halves. And both were awful. I really thought it would be a great game against arguably our biggest historical rival. It's disappointing but I think this team can still have a great season. We have to establish the run game to minimize dependence on the pass. I've always supported Dak but even I'm wondering how we need to adjust. I didn't expect the defense to get manhandled. Maybe the Cardinal loss should have woken me up more.

Dak aside, our offense everything is a disaster and outside of one drive i can recall feels like the schott/mccarthy offense is a complete disaster

Best thing to happen, a complete annihilation to end this fraud experiment at QB once and for all.

The real QB in Texas is not in Dallas, I can tell you that much..

Whipped in every possible way in this game. Literally every player on the field wearing white sucked in this one. Physically, mentally, emotionally whipped. Every phase and in every way. The team looked slow, unsure of themselves, and absolutely overwhelmed. Based off of tonight, they are not a top echelon team. They are mentally weak.

Does this offense look like an improvement compared to what we had seen in the previous two years? It looks positively remedial.

OMG....Brad the Sham and Babe Laughable on 105.3 ALREADY defending things....Brad warning us that "it's only week 5"....and Babe reminding us that the Niners started out 3-4 last year. What shills!!!

It's only week 5 but we have the last 5 years of Dak proving he is not good enough. The ending to this season is already written.

I wasn't sure Dallas would win this game tonight, but I never expected the defense to give up so many yards and points. The 49ers played only 3 quarters and won by 32.

I know Dak will get a lot of criticism and he deserves it, but it was not his fault the 49ers scored at will. Remember, they fumbled at the one yards line or it would have been 28 to 7 at the half.

The defense was awful. But give Purdy credit. He is a smart accurate passer. He made Dak look like a bum.

The Cowboys miss Diggs. He had that swagger and the Cowboys secondary misses that.

Every game now, Kearse looks like he is a big problem. I don't know who else they can play but Kearse is a liability.

When Dallas loses, it is a team effort. For the most part the entire team was bad.

But it is hard to look at this game comparing Purdy to Dak and not see that Dak is the problem. He is still holding the ball too long, he is not seeing the field. He is inaccurate. Dak could not make any of those throws Purdy dropped in for big gains. I don't know what they do with Dak, but if I was them, I would find out right now if Trey Lance has a future in teh NFL. If he doesn't then the Cowboys need to spend some draft capital on a QB.

Its the play calling too. You could see right away you cannot run outside on SF. Their LBs are way to fast and instinctive. Dallas wasted so many downs trying to run outside for no gain or a loss. I would run right up the gut against them. Run at them, they they were running at Parsons. I would use a FB and run Dowdle and Pollard right behind him. They have a great run blocking duo on both sides of the line and they wasted it.

Know how Romo supposedly covered for Garrett? Maybe Kellen was covering up for this offense.

You become numb to it and then you take an *** whooping like that AGAIN and even your numbness is worse.
I'm just so glad our QB was pissed and on a mission.
We might have gotten blown out if he wasn't.

Oh wait.
Lol
