23-20 Cowboys

Most of the Bears fans think we will win since Cutler is out.

I honestly dont see why weather is going to be such a huge factor. Just because the Bears are from Chicago doesnt mean their players are. How many games have they played this season in freezing weather? How many of our players have grown up excelling at football in cold weather? Its not like a bunch of Aztecs playing Eskimos in the Artic Circle. Though an advantage, I dont think its as big as its being made out to be.

I agree. When it comes to the weather, what you really need to worry about is the QBs' abilities to throw in those conditions. With Tony's background in Illinois and Wisconsin, he's probably got the advantage of the Texas boy in throwing in inclement weather outdoors.

I do worry about Dez coughing up another football after the catch because of the weather, though.

Yeah, Ive rewatched some of those plays with him slinging the ball around and feel much better about that particuar issue. As far as actual "hands" go, Bryant can grab footballs out of the air much better than our other options. I think this is great for this game. Ive come to attribute him losing the ball to his violent nature of running after the catch. I think the weather will make Dez much more cognizant of controlling the ball on the run.
I have more troubles with Williams tendancy to body trap the ball and potential deflections.

MANNNN... I dont know if I can wait until Monday. I much perfer early Sunday games.

Dez doesn't three point the ball or cradle it like Irvin used to do in traffic. He's got strong hands, but I worry about it, especially in cold weather when his fingers are numb and he's only got two points of contact. Hopefully, this is something he's been working on the last two weeks, anyway.

I hate Monday games, too. Sunday night is worse, but Monday's becoming a close second. Give me the early Sunday game and let me get on about my day, one way or another.

The bandwagon is crowded again lol. 34-17 Cowboys. Multiple defensive turnovers and at least one touchdown. Something feels different about this team this week. I don't get that vibe that they are patting themselves on the back for winning two in a row.

Amazingly, the guys that picked against us, used to play for us! lol 31-17 good guys.

With Detroit losing, Chicago needs this game as much or more than the Cowboys do. I have never picked against the Cowboys, but I think they revert to form and don't match the other team's intensity. I think the Cowboys lose. If I had to pick a score, I'd say 31-17 Bears.

We lose. ESPN will have a field day if Romo is the reason.
