It wasn't / shouldn't have been roughing! He was running and did not slide; he is then a runner and not a QB.

I covered tons of High School games (Video wise) and I've been on many sidelines and I've never been hit by a player. Of course I didn't get the shot when someone was coming towards me, not worth it.

That penalty on Barr was BS. If that was a running back, which is what Burrow became when he took off, that never gets called. The refs ruin football.
