I just got back from the sports bar down the road and I had to leave to come home and kick the dog ,who bit me.
@ the beginning of the year everyone said that we were the team to beat because of our individual talent,(on paper)
If you don't play as a team individuals mean nothing, and thats what we have here.
Something has to be done NOW ,something major . We as a team have no heart and definitely No leadership ,from what I can see. It all starts with the HC and Assistants .
And some of the team members have to be kicked in the _ _ _ and stop just playing for their paychecks.
We have a bunch of spoiled fat cats that don't seem to have anyone kicking their butts.
There has to be a MAJOR change Now or forget the Playoffs, Not winning one ,just making it .
With what I'm seeing in our division the others are alot more hungry and play with alot more spirit than I see here with The Boys.
I'm afraid we need a shakeup ,not sure you'll see it, but with our present leadership , schemes and attitude we're just another football team.
