The ability to "fall forward" as a back is being tackled is an undervalued skill IMHO.....Good eye.

Don't know what happened with that 30 yard missed field goal, but I'm sure Bailey will nail this.

Randle has blood on his jersey. I like that! Nice patient runner. He could last in this league. Much better tonite although he hasn't been bad by any stretch.

I'm going to watch the rewind tomorrow so I can control the play and watch it more closely. I love Frederick, just ticked he's all we did in the off season to fix it. I think the Escobar and Wilcox picks could have been used on more OL...And we should have signed at least one solid FA. I know I rant on and on about it, but I don't think I'm overstating things when I say this team could be VERY good if we have decent OL play. We have so many good skill guys, and I love having two great DC's with a healthy defense...The leadership has stepped up and we are young and hungry. For the last time tonight I will say we only have one and a half weak points on this team. I went all night without dissing the safeties. LOL

They should've let Tanney go for it on 4th down. It's preseason afterall. Let's see what the kid can do under a bit of pressure.
 
Coverage units need some serious help. Keeping a guy like McCray around may be essential.

Our OL is starting to look decent IMO. Some inconsistency but with a rookie at center and a new guy at G its doing ok. Of course Bernie played LG tonite but I expect them to switch back when Leary returns. Great idea to get Parnell some snaps moving Free over to G. Also supported Fred with that move as well and gives the coaches a better look at the offense and skill players with a decent OL in the game.

Safeties played well! Allen almost had a pick and Church (pet cat) stripped the ball Heath forced a fumble and JJ was hitting everything. I think you will be delightfully surprised with Frees play to be honest.
