I know you’re Mr. Protect the Refs on this site but watching football for years OL get a lot of grace when their QB is hit in the head.

He totally could have bumped him. What I said was you can't bump him to the ground, blindside to boot. Just put your facemask in his with a slight headbutt and it would've sent the message without the penalty.
