No it looks like a team that doesn’t have threats in the passing game and has to max protect every play to keep the QB clean.

That too. No WR speed, and they don't trust the OL yet. But that's probably for good reason. But this could get out of hand fast if we don't move the ball.

They are basically sending out 2 route runners into 6 defensive backs if you bother watching. Moore is calling a poor game so far.
