At this point he is not. Period. He is too green to play at that level Romo was. Makes too many mistakes, just not enough. Now do I see him getting better than Romo? Yes but it depends on so many things. His development has been slow but great Qb coaching could propel him. If not he becomes just another backup.

So he’s not, but could be one day if everything aligned properly?
