I hate how teams are always so soft when it comes to treating their kickers. I don't want to see pats on the back and encouragement...get in his face and chew him out. If he has the toughness to play the position at a high level then he can take it.

I don't think handling a mentally fragile position with kiddie gloves helps. That's why so many kickers choke because they handle them so delicately
