Tampa is lucky that this is a 6-3 game. They haven't done much. We've at least crossed into their territory a lot and missed a FG. If anyone is lucky it's them.

he's just an awful returner. Even on the good return he had earlier in the game, he should've called for a FC there. He has no feel.
