Sprained MCL won’t pop and shudder through your leg like that. You also have zero issue walking on a sprained MCL.

My daughters god friend took a knee on knee hit in hoceky a couple of months ago and was down for 5 minutes. Couldn't put pressure on it, nor walk on it after the game. End result MCL, was out 3 weeks. Hope it's just that
