Why doesn't Romo ever look at the photos when hes on the bench to study on what he did wrong like good QB's do instead of hitting the bench with his helmat on?

Somehow teams continue to take him out of the game. Personally, I think its the offensive calling at this point. I've never seen ANY team have their best WR taken out of the game week-in and week-out.
