Lael is being paid like a left tackle. Tyron needs to be gone after this year. He can't stay healthy.

Either lael needs to move to left tackle or they have to draft one first round. Tyron being out somehow makes the offense completely shut down

Calling the timeout with 2:48 was stupid. Didn’t need to save time there. Had 3 timeouts plus 2 minute warning for the last drive. That would have been plenty of time.
