I've noticed over the last two games, that Romo's mobility is definitely not the same.
Today, his throws are way off, he's playing cautious ball with all the 1 yard passes, reminds me of Brad Johnson.
This offensive philosophy is not explosive. At least Garrett's offense was explosive, although still sloppy.
