Cowboys Vs Colts:***Game Thread***

The way to keep Witten from false starting is to send him in motion every play.

2nd and 9:

3 WR set:

Romo back pass, intercepted dropped. Romo hit while throwing.

Made a terrible play on that 3rd down blitz... He started to come in, then Manning recognized it and audibled. Newman backed up towards his receiver again, and then blitzed as soon as the ball was snapped, and proceeded to stop at the LOS and sort of hang around next to Burnett. He basically took himself out of the play, not covering anyone and not blitzing. Newsflash: Manning knows you are going to blitz, there is no point in trying to disguise it by going back towards your receiver once he's already adjusted the blocking assignments. They were lucky Manning one hopped it, because Newman basically made it an 11 on 10 play. I can see what Parcells is saying when he criticizes Newman for not being set on every play, and worrying too much about trying to trick the QB or WR

3rd and 9:

3 WR set:

Romo back pass underneath, caught Crayton , way short of 1st down.

OL continues its shameful play - how Sprano gets talked about as some sort of rising star in the coaching ranks boggles my mind.
