Cowboys Vs Colts:***Game Thread***

Didn't mr. clutch Vinaterri miss 2 FG's against the Pats this year? Hmm, I think he did, yes, I think he did.

well, let's hope Parcels is smart enough to put the ball on the left hash mark before he lets the mental case try another field goal,,, it's unbelievable how cursed this team is with worthless kicking...

lol what? you guys cant take a little opposition in your game thread? :D

Can you? Sure must be sad to be on the backside of a dynasty without any rings to show for it.

I was pissed at that too. It's not like we didn't have the money. I would have been all over Vinetieri. At least Cundiff would make the short ones. Parcells should make Vandy run laps around the outside of Texas stadium for halftime so fans can through beer cans at his stupid mug.

The good news is we are only down 7. We need to stop Indy on thwe first drive of the half and go down and try to tie this sucker. We need to score TDs.

Good analysis.

Stopping Indy?
Scoring TDs?

That would involve not shooting ourselves in the foot.

I don't think we can play without doing that.

Hopefully, the offense is turning it around. The defense just needs to keep that rush on Manning.

We all better face it. Vanderjack is not clutch. I've seen enough. I hope this game doesn't come down to a clutch kick. if it does, and he makes it, I will gladly eat my words.

We can still get it together. Perhaps the second half is the time we will finally do it.

I really thought our offensive line would come out fired up. Very disappointing. We're getting beat to the point of attack.

Theyre playing to stop the run and we havent stretched the field enough with the pass yet. The deepest passes were the INT and the two passes to TO.

living in the past, living in the past. right now, colts are 9-0 and the boys are 5-4. all that matters.

I call this the curse of Steve Hoffmann. We have not had a kicking game since Parcells fired him!

Their d-line is quick and our o-line is slow. Our o-line have very bad technic. Maybe in the 2nd half the d-line slows down, and our big people can get their hands on them, to make some holes.

O Line is not doing him any favors. He seems more uncomfortable today than in previous games. He is still making plays, and finally started looking for TO. Score should be 7-6.

Honestly, I can't think of a better fan-base than Cowboys fans.

Seriously....Opposing teams come in and give us crap about being "bandwagonners", yet we're still here.

We've put up with a ton of heartache over the past ten years. Lately, we've been sooooo close to moving into the NFL's elite. But, it just hasn't been in the cards.

I'll still cheer.....but I'll spend a fortune on antacids.

Sorry Bizwah, I feel your (acid) pain. I don't see us moving to the elite this season. We can't seem to put a complete effort together against good teams.

Lets go find Josh houston, the guy was money at Ohio State last year and isn't even in the NFL right now. He's gotta be out there just waiting for someone to give him a chance.

Wow, I was not aware of that. I'm a bit shocked.........and can't remember who drafted him. I thought he was drafted like in the 3rd or 4th round.

Parcells went on and on about Freeney in one of the press conferences this week.

He mentioned how he didn't take a play off and mentioned how he made plays that nobody else can in watching film of the guy.

So after Freeney's sack and caused fumble I noticed how our play-calling went back to the conservative ways and how the Colts almost on cue starting run blitzing thier safeties.

We have to loosen up thier defense.

The only way we do that is to throw it down field.

Freeney's sack has our coaching staff scared as heck.

When the Boys come back to win this thing I hope you'll still be around. If not we'll come looking.
