Game Day *** Cowboys vs Colts post game thread***

So our division is worse than the NFC South? AFC East? NFC North? NFC West? I don't think so.
I'd say yes. Our division is much better if everyone is healthy, obviously but currently with the Eagles decimated with injury, and Commanders, that leaves us and the Giants as the only intact teams. Right now our division doesn't fare well with any other divisions in football in either conference.

Dallas isnt a contender but at least they turned the season around to be a decent one.

Don't feel bad about it. The Patriots are on their 10th straight division title because of how bad their division has been. Maybe we can end up in that position.
Unlikely. Quick, name the second best QB in the AFC East some Brady started 100 years ago.

That was great wasn’t if?

I have to YouTube that little dust up.

It was. And Harbaugh's response was perfect - basically brushed him off like "get out of here little man". But it also was emblematic of the problems with that team. They were very undisciplined and rivaled the Raiders for penalties and that was a reflection on that coach.

So, tell me again why not throwing the ball to Cooper was a good game plan

We don't scheme our receivers open. We take what the defense gives us, which is a terrible way to play offense. It's been that way since Garrett came here as a coordinator.

Until this game, teams were satisfied to single cover Cooper and dare Dak to beat them with him. Indy showed what I expected defenses to start doing. Play eight in the box, double Cooper and force Dak to try to find the open man. Of course, they didn't do it on every play, but they did it enough to keep Cooper from beating them.

I'm glad I only watched the last 4 mins of this clapper fiasco what a smoldering mess of road apples HE laid in Indy. Bears took care of biz, viks took care of biz, cowboys not so.much. for the life of me, I can't figure out why any of us are upset by what has become this teams SOP

. On second thought, getting spanked may have been better for us... otherwise we would have been coasting into the playoffs, that is, if we DO make the playoffs.

Missed the game and drunk. What did I miss? Was it a Dak problem?

The day began with us having a 2 game lead with 3 games left to play.......now it's possible we don't make the playoffs at all.

Week 17

DAL @ NYG
Cowboys win they're in, NYG win and DAL is blocked.

Cha-ching

Jerry still makes $ if lose out, our season was a marketing masterpiece. Look at our team ratings versus others 8 of the 10 NFL top rated games were Cowboys? The Cowboys fanbase isn't fading, it's growing. He's the Vince McMahon of football and vice versa

Cowboys wore out Zeke today for no purpose. Once it became clear Dallas wasn't going to win, they should have benched him. Instead, he's now limping and exhausted.

That is a key issue.

Elliott appears to be our only horse right now. We are not diversifying the offense at all.

There are two games left. Thanks to today's shut out, it is not like you can sit him for a game.

All in all, just terrible management of the talent.
