Not when Weeden just got ten points and the offense was moving the ball. It's about the team. And Romo clearly doesn't look good.

But I wouldn't put that on Romo. I'd put that on Garrett. Again, I can't fault Romo. I can't fathom him saying, "Nah, I'll sit this one out. Weeden, you take over."
I would think LESS of Romo if he said/did that.

I am not calling out Romo, but a lot of this has to do with his arm strength and lack of accuracy on the deep ball. Teams do not fear him going deep at all. They immediately backed off the line when Weeden came in because he is a terrific deep ball thrower.

They have to at least show a willingness to try and go deep or teams are going to start teeing off.
