Ok so we need the Browns to win today...

Who else do we want to win to get us the best draft pick

The only thing I care about is no serious injuries that impacts next year

Drafting a QB at 4 is basically getting ready for Romo to end his career. Which he will, in 3 years. Do you honestly think hes going to be perfectly healthy the rest of his career? I don't, that QB will be getting a lot of practice and games with the 1st team. So yes, drafting a qb at 4 is a good idea. Your basically saying, lets wait till Romo retires to fix the problem, we tried that with Aikman, how did that work out again?

Nope never said it. Just saying you can find a quarterback by using other avenues besides blowing a top 5 pick(or top 10 for the matter) on one of the worst QB classes in recent history.

You can get your quarterback the same way literally every single playoff team has besides the Panthers.

Cardinals, Seahawks, Vikings, Packers, Commanders, Patriots, Broncos, Bengals, Texans, Jets, Chiefs...none of these current playoff teams have a top 5 or even a top 10 quarterback which they drafted starting for them. They are all picks later in the first, outside of the first or free agents.

Maybe. His dead space goes to less than 3M next year and is over 7 this year. But his cap hit is over 13M. He's the only CB who can match up well with big receivers and he gives some smaller receivers fits when he presses them. He is a decent corner but no where near what Jerry paid for him. Another Jerry oops moment.

So Jerry is making personnel decisions? Just trying to keep the excuses straight

Vernon Hargreaves is supposedly closer to 5'9. I've never seen him in person, but I saw several tweets from different draftniks claiming that to be the case. We'll have to wait until the combine to know for sure.

no way the kid's 5'11

I want this to sink in. Life without Romo is this. This is what it looks like. It's time to draft a QB 1st round.

We have to draft a QB next year. Paxton Lynch or Jared Goff. I'm done with Romo and his cyborg body.

Did Hayden just make a play, closing the gap, causing a safety?

Carr released his player to a non-existent safety even though he could see that Jones was one on one with his receiver. Talk about a total brain fart.

I don't think that is correct. That was on Jones but both of us are guessing.
