Man oh man I wish we had a vertical passing game. Whens the last time if anyone can remember when the Cowboys had a long TD pass? I'm talking 40,50,60 yards. We need some speed on the offense.

Now why do you suppose that is???

We aren't running the ball well enough to keep 3rd downs manageable. We can't afford to waste downs with Dak at QB. We don't want him to have to sling it. If we can get some 2nd and 4 or less then you will occasionally see a deep one or more likely an intermediate route.

Maybe if we were taking some shots downfield we would be running the ball better.

But then again who are we going to sling it to downfield? Dez will have the safety deep and our other WR is waiting for a fan to come take his job.

The Commanders are selling out to stop the run on first down just like the Giants did last week. When we pass the ball on first down we have been successful, when we are running it we are getting behind the 8 ball.

We need be paying on first down until the Skins stop loading the box on first down. If I can see it, why can't the Cowboys coaches see it.
